The first goal was to prove why and how NFL teams perform (I chose the NFL because of its well known popularity). I know how and why NFL teams are successful and would like to share this information with the people that develop NFL players. From High School through College to the Pro Ranks, I can help direct your efforts to focus on what produces winners.
Whether you play or produce, sell or process, the same techniques will prove why your team won or lost and identify your strengths and weaknesses with hard facts and statistics. I do not do anything because I "feel" its right. I know its right, and will prove it.
As an example of my thought process, I do not use win-loss records for our sports evaluations. Win-loss records are one example of noise that clouds the situation - they show what, not why and how - and must be removed to find the root cause (my Edutainment customers will recognize "The Elephant in the Room" concept).
I also offer edutainment. Any sport, math/stats class or business will find an enjoyable benefit from the presentations. Everyone learns better when they are smiling. I make any topic interesting - I've had people cheering in an asbestos training class - I know we can present your information in a positive light!
